Job Description
Implementing and controlling a service management system based on Configuration.
Management System (CMS) that meets business service management standards.
Analyzing every incoming ticket to create reports related to manpower, knowledge, and SLA.
Coordinating with the IT SAS unit, conducting knowledge transfer, soft training, and discussions regarding IT issues.
Designing and developing reporting requirements.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Information Technology / Computerized Accounting / Accounting
At least 2 years experience in similar field
Have a strong understanding of Programming Languages and SQL Databases
Have good data analysis skills
Advanced in Excel
Good communication skills
