Job Description

• Implementing and controlling a service management system based on Configuration.

• Management System (CMS) that meets business service management standards.

• Analyzing every incoming ticket to create reports related to manpower, knowledge, and SLA.

• Coordinating with the IT SAS unit, conducting knowledge transfer, soft training, and discussions regarding IT issues.

• Designing and developing reporting requirements.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Information Technology / Computerized Accounting / Accounting

• At least 2 years experience in similar field

• Have a strong understanding of Programming Languages and SQL Databases

• Have good data analysis skills

• Advanced in Excel

• Good communication skills
