As a Technical Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will work in shift-based operations, operate and monitor production processes, handle raw materials, and contribute to continuous improvement through QMS and TPM practices.
Run shift operations in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Operate and monitor production equipment and processes to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Prepare, handle, and control raw and packaging materials, including unloading and basic inspection.
Maintain high safety standards, good housekeeping, and zero contamination.
Perform production reporting and SAP transactions accurately and timely.
Apply Quality Management System (QMS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in daily activities.
Identify process abnormalities, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Willing to be relocated and working from Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Science (MIPA).
Experience in manufacturing or oleochemical industry is an advantage.
Basic understanding of chemical processes, production operations, and process safety.
Familiarity with SAP, QMS, TPM, and shop-floor manufacturing practices.
Strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and discipline.
Willing to work in a shift system.
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
