Packing Manager
Job Description :
Develop packing strategies, capacity plans, and schedules aligned with production and quality targets
Manage and control daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and timely output
Lead, supervise, and develop packing teams to achieve productivity and performance targets
Monitor packaging quality, material usage, and operational costs against defined standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and HSE regulations
Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external contractors to support smooth operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in packing production operations in the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of packing processes, quality, and food safety standards
Proven leadership experience in managing operational teams
Strong analytical, communication, and continuous improvement skills
