About the role
As a General Admin (Internship) at PT Arianda Putra Pratama, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our office in South Jakarta. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. The role is a contract position, offering flexibility and the chance to build valuable administrative and organisational skills.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office

PT. Arianda Putra Pratama is a company that endeavor in the hospital market sector for machines such as: Cathlab, CT-Scan, MRI, Hemodialysis and Radio Therapy (Linac-Linear Accelerator). The company is also a sole distributor for POCone or Urea Breath Test Analyzer from PT. Otsuka Indonesia (principle). We have relations with: General Electric, Siemens, Phillips, Otsuka and Varian. As of today, the company has 4 (four) sites installed for Medical Machines. 6 (six) locations for the Urea Breath Test Analyzer. We are currently looking for new enthusiast worker that are capable of driving the company forward.
