Responsibilities:
1. HR Policy, Compliance & HSE Support: Support the development, implementation, and socialization of HR policies, company regulations, and HSE-related procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws, HSE standards, and company policies.
2. Employee Relations: Advise and support employees on HR matters, and help maintain positive and constructive workplace relationships.
3. Employee Lifecycle Support: Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes and provide consultations during resignation or other HR-related matters.
4. HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and prepare monthly/annual headcount and manpower reports.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processes, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan administration, and employee data updates.
6. Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support learning & development initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on exposure to employee relations, HR policy & compliance, HSE / K3 practices (experience or strong knowledge is required), and HR data & reporting.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and basic HSE / K3 regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and organizational skills; high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
6. Willing to work full-time on-site at Cibitung - Bekasi.
