Serve as the main point of contact for patients and families.
Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient issues.
Monitor and follow up on patient satisfaction.
Maintain a positive image and service standards of the hospital.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service/Customer Relation, preferably in a hospital or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work in shifts if required.
