Task & Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration (50%)Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests, including quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices.
Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and sales documentation accurately.
Monitor sales administration processes to ensure timely and smooth order handling.
Assist in preparing periodic sales reports and documentation as required by management.
Manage office administration and daily general affairs activities, including supplies management and asset tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and external parties for office-related needs and services.
Prepare administrative and general affairs reports on a regular basis.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, and document management.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or above.
English proficiency: TOEFL ITP minimum score of 500.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
