Task & Responsibilities

1. Sales Administration (50%)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests, including quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices.

  • Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and sales documentation accurately.

  • Monitor sales administration processes to ensure timely and smooth order handling.

  • Assist in preparing periodic sales reports and documentation as required by management.

2. General Affairs (50%)
  • Manage office administration and daily general affairs activities, including supplies management and asset tracking.

  • Coordinate with vendors and external parties for office-related needs and services.

  • Prepare administrative and general affairs reports on a regular basis.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, and document management.

  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or above.

  • English proficiency: TOEFL ITP minimum score of 500.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
