Qualification :

• Diploma/ Bachelor from any major

• Minimum work experience 2 years in Manufacture

• Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3) is preffered

• Proficient using MS Office

• Discipline, can work under pressure

• Willing to be placed in Cikampek

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiar with measurement tools.

• Able to perform effectively under pressure.

Job Description Quality Incoming :

1. Prepare, review, and manage quality guidance for related work processes in the INJ control process.

2. Perform continuous improvement through analysis, development, improvement, innovation, and inspection of processes and work results.

3. Implement applicable quality system procedures to maintain process and product quality.

4. Conduct verification processes and provide quality recommendations for new machines or changes.

5. Analyze and provide recommendations on claims received and ensure continuous improvement.

6. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management related to work activities.
   

Job Description Quality Assurance :

1. Handle abnormalities from local and overseas suppliers.

2. Prepare abnormality documents (QCAR/CPAR) and trouble analysis reports.

3. Conduct QAV (Genba) system audits on suppliers.

4. Coordinate with other departments and suppliers (internal and external).

5. Implement procedures to maintain and improve quality.

6. Have knowledge of measurement systems.

7. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management.
