Job Description :
· Responsible for overseeing all branch operational activities to ensure they run effectively, efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards.
· Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of all branch employees, including providing guidance, training and work motivation.
· Ensure all branch activities comply with company regulations, internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
· Identify potential operational risks and take preventive measures, as well as resolve issues arising at the branch.
· Prepare and submit periodic branch performance reports to head office management, including sales, operational and human resources reports.
· Implement and ensure that all policies, programs and directives from the head office are properly executed.
· Identify new market opportunities and propose business development initiatives to support branch growth.
· Make sales plan to achieve the target and make action plan based on the targets shared each salesman.
· Create and supervise salesman work plans and activities.
· Monitor market developments including price developments.
· Control goods returns and Control AR Aging that is Over Due.
Requirement :
· Interview Process will be conducted in English
· Minimum S1 in any field
· Have experience in Branch Manager at least 3 years (Electronic or home applience preferred)
· Can operate computer (Microsoft Office, etc.)
· Can work under high pressure and work with targets
· Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
· Can Work Individually or Team
· Honest, Disciplined, Highly Motivated and Responsible at Work
· Can join immediately
· Willing to be assigned to any company location as required
