Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and grow our stores on Shopee and Tokopedia for the Indonesia market.
This role involves full responsibility for the daily operation and performance of three existing stores, including two apparel stores and one e-cigarette store. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, especially in fashion or related categories, and is highly result-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end daily operations of 3 Shopee & Tokopedia stores
Create, optimize, and continuously maintain high-quality, high-conversion product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and videos)
Actively identify product selling points and conversion drivers, and present them effectively through attractive images and videos
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising strategies and promotional campaigns, and take full responsibility for advertising ROI and cost efficiency
Drive key business results, including:
Order volume
Revenue / GMV
Conversion rate
Average order value (AOV)
Handle daily customer inquiries and pre-/post-sale communication, ensuring timely and professional responses
Maintain excellent store performance metrics, including:
Customer satisfaction and positive review rate
Response rate and response time
On-time shipment rate
Store rating and account health
Monitor store data and performance indicators regularly, identify problems, and implement improvement plans to achieve and exceed performance targets

Requirements
Proven experience in Shopee and/or Tokopedia operations, preferably in apparel or related product categories
Strong capability in listing creation and conversion optimization
Solid understanding of platform advertising systems and promotional tools
Data-driven mindset with strong ownership of inputs vs. outputs
Good customer service awareness and sales communication skills
Positive, upright, and proactive work attitude (VERY IMPORTANT)
Initial performance does not need to be perfect
