🚢 CREW OPERATOR

📍 Location: Bali, Indonesia

We are looking for a Crew Operator to manage crew change operations, travel logistics, and crew documentation in compliance with international maritime regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate crew sign-on and sign-off, including flights, transfers, and accommodation

• Handle visas, seaman books, travel documents, and crew certifications

• Manage contracts and monitor document validity

• Coordinate with seafarers and internal teams regarding crew movements

• Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements

• Handle operational issues and maintain data confidentiality
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in crew management, logistics, or operations coordination

• Maritime/shipping industry experience is a strong advantage

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Business, Management, or related field preferred
