IMPORT STAFF

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly competent Import Staff to manage end-to-end import operations for premium electronic appliances and high-end kitchen cabinetry. The ideal candidate possesses strong regulatory knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Indonesian customs and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full import process from overseas suppliers to final delivery

• Prepare, review, and manage all import documentation (PIB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, etc.)

• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities

• Handle and ensure smooth customs clearance procedures

• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian import regulations for electronic products and kitchen cabinets

• Manage and monitor SNI certification processes for electronic products

• Stay updated with current regulations from Customs, Ministry of Trade, and Ministry of Industry

• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of imported goods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Import Staff / Import Officer

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs clearance and import regulations

• Solid understanding of import requirements for electronic goods and kitchen cabinetry

• Hands-on experience with SNI certification for electronic products

• Strong coordination skills with forwarders and relevant authorities

• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and deadline-driven

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
