Position Overview: As a Technical Service Assistant (Administration), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Technical Service Department. This includes handling administrative processes, coordinating service schedules, and acting as a reliable interface between customers and our field service engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
Handle administrative tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain and update schedules for the field service team.
Coordinate weekly updates on technical service plans with internal divisions.
Organize travel arrangements for service engineers.
Provide technical support and schedule coordination for customer inquiries.
Secondary Duties:
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management.
Demonstrate flexibility to work extra hours to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Self-reliant and goal-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal English skills.
Team-oriented with a disciplined and professional demeanor.
