A. Key Accountabilities :

1. Prepare electrical design program requirements for allocated project as per customer requirements.

2. Control projects master and sub schedules for on time execution and delivery.

3. Control project expenses as per set budget

4. Control labour cost as per set budget.

5. Interact continually with Sales & Marketing to update on customer satisfaction for products and projects.

6. Be actively involved with Purchasing and PPC departments for the control and improvements of project expenditure and scheduling requirements

B. Education & Experiences :

1. Bachelor Electrical Engineering;

2. Minimum 2 years in the same industries.

C. Supervisory and Technical skills Requirement :

1. Experience in directing other members to achieve end dates and budget;

2. Knowledge of Electrical wiring & program for special purpose machines, jigging and conveyancing, including their wiring diagram and program design, uses, repair and maintenance.

3. Knowledge of software program for PLC and Robot.

4. Able to use and familiar with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC.

5. Knowledge of design techniques for program design and wiring diagram.

6. Basic understanding of English language.

7. Willing to be placed in CIKARANG.
