Januar Jahja and Partners, a leading intellectual property law firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia is currently seeking candidates to join its growing Paralegal department. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least 2 (two) years of work experience handling trademark matters in Indonesia.

• Minimum S1 for all majors.

• Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Ability to effectively monitor and meet deadlines.

• Strong time management skills.

• Good communication and organization skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and also individually.

Responsibilities:

• Generally handle trademark matters in Indonesia.

• Preparing and drafting legal documents for online filing.

• Inputting trademark data into the system with details.

• Preparing draft reports for any submissions.

• Reviewing trademark certificates.

• Provide support in any administrative tasks.
