Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors professionally and courteously.
Handle check-in and check-out processes accurately.
Provide information regarding facilities, services, and policies.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
Handle guest complaints and coordinate resolution with related departments.
Maintain front desk records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and operational teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Agent.
BNSP Certified Front Desk Agent (FDA).
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
