About the role
PT Audio Visual Abadi is seeking a Finance & Operations Officer to join our team at our Kerobokan office.
This role plays an important part in keeping our financial and operational processes clear, organised, and running smoothly. You will work closely with management and our external accountant to ensure financial data, payroll information, and operational records are accurate, complete, and prepared on time.
This position is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on responsibility, is comfortable working in a small, professional team, and prefers practical execution over corporate bureaucracy.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and organise monthly income, expense, and payroll data in Google Sheets
Maintain accurate transaction records and basic bookkeeping data
Prepare bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
Track accounts payable and prepare vendor and operational payment schedules for management approval
Prepare financial summaries and supporting statements for review by the external accountant
Manage payroll administration using Mekari Talenta, ensuring employee data and calculations are accurate
Support and coordinate BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including data preparation, tracking, and reporting
Maintain clear, well-organised financial and operational documentation in shared systems
Support month-end closing preparation (non-tax)
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers as required
What we're looking for
Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years experience in finance administration, accounting support, or operations roles
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and basic accounting or payroll software
Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or small business environments is a strong advantage
Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken) in a professional setting
Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable in day-to-day work
Able to prepare clean, structured financial data for review by external accountants
Communicative and collaborative, comfortable working in a small team environment
