Inventory & Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory & Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team at PT Pacific Process Engineering (one of Euroasiatic Group subsidiary company). Established in 2011, Pacific Process Engineering is a company in the field of Oil & Gas Industry. This role is based in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, to ensure accurate records of items and services purchased from suppliers/vendors in the system and to assist in finance daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 

·         Input Item Receipt of every PO into the system.

·         Input Item Fulfillment of every SO into the system.

·         Create fabricated package item in the system to be used in the SO.

·         Create Inventory Adjustment for every fabricated package item in the system.

·         Communicate and coordinate with Procurement team & Project team as required.

·         Input Cash Advances and Settlement as requested by users in the system.

·         Assist in other finance administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications: 

·         Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economy. 

·         Have basic accounting skills. 

·         Strong  communication and interpersonal skills 

·         Proficient in using ERP (NetSuite, SAP, etc) 

·         Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
