HSE-GA Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably from Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HSE Staff.

• Experience in General Affair is a plus.

• Possession of AK3U certification is a plus.

• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and applicable safety standards.

• Able to conduct inspections and identify potential risks in the workplace.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible in carrying out assigned tasks.

• Proficient in English (active).

• Preferably domiciled in Tangerang.

Job Description::

1. Ensure the implementation and compliance of HSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures in the workplace.

2. Implement, monitor, and evaluate the company’s HSE management system.

3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

4. Coordinate occupational health and safety training programs for employees.

5. Prepare and analyze accident and incident reports, including investigations and corrective actions.

6. Manage environmental compliance, including UKL–UPL reporting, monitoring IPAL & TPS LB3, and pest management.

7. Handle and maintain environmental permitting and licensing documents, with prior experience in managing environmental permits preferred.
