Production Shift Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably as a team leader

• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and leadership

• Able to make decisions, solve problems, and work under pressure

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate production teams

• Familiar with production processes, optical cable products, and basic management principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Plan and supervise daily production and manpower to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure all production activities comply with standards and quality requirements

• Monitor production performance, analyze reports, and implement efficiency improvements

• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to maintain a positive work environment

• Handle production issues and emergencies, and report to the Chief Engineer when necessary

• Coordinate with other departments and carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors
