Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role within the Human Resources Department at Maxim Digital, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel administration, while ensuring the effective implementation of HR practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in Human Resources

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management

• Experience in HR policies and employee benefits administration

• Skilled in personnel management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
