Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly preferred

• Able to handle export & import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.)

• Good understanding of sea and air freight processes

• Proficient in English (spoken & written)

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email)

• Hardworking, communicative, and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer communication related to shipment processes

• Manage, prepare, and verify shipping documents accurately

• Follow up shipment progress until completion

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with operations team, vendors, and related parties
