Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support in managing administrative processes for prospective students.

• Addressing inquiries related to the bootcamp and assist student with clear guidance.

• Remind students who are in deferred payment plans, ensuring timely and maintaining financial records.

• Generate and manage invoices for student payments, secure all financial transactions are documented and processed correctly.

Qualifications

• Willing to work from office in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

• Open to penultimate-year students, final-year students, or fresh graduates.

• Open to working night shifts.

• Demonstrate the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries and tasks, ensuring timely communication and operations.

• Effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. maintaining a high level of productivity and organization.

• Has strong attention to detail, secure accuracy in all administrative tasks and documentation.

• Possess excellent administrative management skills to organize, coordinate, and oversee office operations and procedures.
