The opportunity
Our company is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administration professional to join our team on a contract basis. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our office operations in Tangerang, Banten.
Key responsibilities
Providing administrative support across a range of office functions, including filing, data entry
Maintaining and organising physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document management
Assist in daily administrative tasks and support office operations
Perform basic data entry and update records accurately
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
