About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Purchasing Administrator to join our team at PT Bio Inti Agrindo, a leading manufacturing company based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Purchasing department, ensuring efficient procurement processes and inventory management.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the preparation and processing of purchase orders, requisitions, and other purchasing documentation
Liaising with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, track order status, and resolve any issues
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies
Generating reports and analysing purchasing data to support decision-making
Providing administrative support to the Purchasing team, including filing, archiving, and responding to inquiries
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing process
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in using purchasing and inventory management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with purchasing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
Knowledge of SAP systems is mandatory.
