Business Controller Staff

What you will do :

• Execute financial, operational, and inventory (stock opname) audits as per the audit plan, including fieldwork, evidence collection, and analysis.

• Conduct unannounced audits at branches and business units to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

• Perform regular market visits to General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) customers to validate field operations and inventory accuracy.

• Prepare complete and accurate audit working papers in line with internal audit standards.

• Identify audit findings, analyze root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.

• Prepare and present draft audit reports summarizing audit scope, findings, and recommended corrective actions.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to validate audit results and monitor the implementation of agreed corrective measures.
  

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00

• Have 1 year of experience as audit staff (preferred FMCG company)

• Willing to do a business trip

• Excellent in using Microsoft Excel

• Have a driver's license (SIM A/C)
