HR Recruitment and Development Staff

Job Descriptions

• Recruitment process (Making flyer vacancy, posting, sourcing, selecting and interview).

• Employment agreement, monitoring probation or contract status, conducting probation or contract evaluation.

• Prepare the annual MPP of every department and fulfill it after being approved by Management

• Development and organization process (Job Description, performance appraisal, KPI, Training needs analysis and structure),

• Organize in house and public training, record and evaluate the result of training

• Report of recruitment, training and others related to HR department (monthly and annual)

• Update job description and job analysis of all departments as needed.

• Administration and maintain all document related to database of : employee, recruitment, promotion/mutation/rotation/demotion and training (valid and up to date)

• Socialize Company policies to all employees and Company induction for new Staff.

• Conduct and make a report of Psychological test for new candidates

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology.

• At least 1 (one) year of working experience in similar position and related field.

• Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Must familiar with psychological test tools: CFIT, TKD 5 & 6, Pauli, papikostick, DISC and DAM.

• Good in administration and filling system, detail oriented and well organize.

• Computer Literate.

• Good interpersonal relationship, able to work in a team as well as independently, proactive and initiative.

• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
