Corporate Sales – Flavour, Fragrance & Chemical (B2B)
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson with a professional presence and a strong passion for technical B2B sales in the flavour, fragrance, and chemical industries.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a field-based, consultative sales environment, enjoy working closely with customers, and are able to bridge technical product knowledge with commercial solutions. You will engage directly with manufacturers, brand owners, and industrial clients to support product development, application, and long-term business growth.
In this position, you will act not only as a sales professional, but as a strategic partner — collaborating with clients to translate technical requirements into customized flavour, fragrance, or chemical solutions that deliver real commercial value.
📍 Placement Locations: Surabaya / Semarang / Jakarta / Bandung
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with B2B clients across the flavour, fragrance, and chemical sectors.
Conduct regular client visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities.
Work closely with customers to understand formulation needs, application challenges, and regulatory or quality requirements, and propose suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with internal technical, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product matching, sampling, and timely delivery.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, customer projects, and target achievement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy and portfolio development.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or other related fields is an advantage (open to all majors).
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the flavour, fragrance, chemical, food ingredients, or related industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and commercial manner.
Professional, confident, and well-presented, capable of representing the company to corporate and industrial clients.
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel regularly for client visits, factory visits, and business development activities.
Preferably within productive working age (up to 35 years old).
