Job Description
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
Participate in recruitment, training, and development programs for the sales team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market development.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Sarjana) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economic or a related field
Proven leadership abilities and a strong understanding of regional sales dynamics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the relevant industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau and CRM software.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region and adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
Willing to be placed/transferred to all regions in Indonesia
