Kami membutuhkan Operator Machining yang berpengalaman untuk menangani produksi komponen aluminium secara langsung. Fokus utama Anda adalah mencapai target produksi harian dengan standar kualitas presisi.
Tugas Utama:
Operasional Mesin: Mengoperasikan mesin CNC, dan jalur perakitan aluminium secara teknis.
Kontrol Kualitas: Memastikan setiap produk sesuai gambar teknik dan melakukan penyesuaian parameter mesin jika ditemukan deviasi.
Maintenance: Melakukan pembersihan berkala dan pengecekan rutin (perawatan level operator) pada mesin agar tidak ada downtime.
Dokumentasi: Mencatat jumlah output, reject produksi, dan durasi operasional secara akurat.
K3: Menjalankan prosedur keselamatan kerja di area produksi tanpa kecuali.
Kualifikasi:
Pengalaman: Minimal 2 tahun mengoperasikan mesin industri/manufaktur.
Pendidikan: SMK/D3/S1 Teknik (Mesin, Industri, Otomotif).
Skill Teknis; Mampu membaca gambar teknik, paham dasar-dasar kerja mesin CNC dan mesin pres, terbiasa bekerja dengan target fisik dan efisiensi waktu.
Domisili: Bersedia ditempatkan di Bekasi Utara.
