MANUFACTURING ACADEMY TRAINEE

The Manufacturing Academy Trainee is a comprehensive development initiative designed to prepare you for a successful career in manufacturing. Over the course of 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience across various production processes, manufacturing excellence and efficiency. This program provides the opportunity to manage real projects within our plants, equipping you with both technical expertise and leadership skills to accelerate your career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Food Technology, Bioprocess, or related fields).

• Internship experience or exposure to manufacturing environments is an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking with a good understanding of basic business and manufacturing concepts.

• Interest in Manufacturing Excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Adaptive, proactive, and willing to take initiative in solving challenges.

• Able to work well in a team while also demonstrating the willingness to learn and contribute independently.

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.

• Willing to be placed across the company’s plant locations.
