Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and follow up customer payments, including invoicing and collection status.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate after-sales service, handle customer feedback, and support issue resolution.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
