Warehouse Operations Staff
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory data accuracy.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, customer service, and other internal or external stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse productivity, inventory status, and order fulfillment performance.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean practices and technology enhancements.
Ensure daily operations meet targets and service level requirements.
Requirements
Diploma / Polytechnic / Academy graduate (all majors are welcome).
Proven experience in warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
Able to work under daily operational targets and handle work pressure effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory management tools is an advantage.
