We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Administration to join our team.
Requirements :
Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major (Office Administration or Secretary major is preferred).
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Substantial school administration experience is preferred and computer literate.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative staff (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Has the ability and self-confidence to work in a multicultural environment.
Good personal character with a proffesional and responsible attitude.
Ability to work under high pressure and outside normal working hours during school reporting periods.
Responsibilities :
Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Check and monitor incoming emails.
Managing and maintaining an orderly filing system and accurate documentation of all administration documents.
Assisting all members of the administration with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, organizing documents or educational materials.
Maintaining accurate and open communication with all members of the administration.
