About the role
A SHIPPING COMPANY is seeking a highly motivated and organised Finance and Administration Staff to join our team in North Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing and analysing financial statements and reports
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and clients
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Supporting the wider administrative team as needed
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or administration role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in MS Office suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
