Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Kimia, Teknologi Pangan, atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
Pengalaman di area produksi/manufaktur. Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar.
Memahami proses produksi, target output, kontrol material, serta standar kualitas.
Memahami dan menjalankan GMP, 5R, hygiene & sanitasi di area produksi.
Mampu membuat laporan produksi, memiliki leadership yang baik, dan bersedia bekerja shift
Domisili di Cilegon.
Tanggung Jawab :
Memimpin setiap shift produksi (4 line) dalam 1 shift
Memastikan semua line dalam 1 shift dapat mendapatkan hasil optimal sesuai target produksi
Monitoring target produksi sesuai planning produksi
Kontrol penggunaan Raw Material dan Packaging Material selama proses produksi
Membuat laporan dan dokumen hasil produksi
Menjalankan 5R di area mesin produksi
Menjalankan GMP dan sanitasi Hygiene personal saat proses produksi
Menghasilkan output sesuai dengan target dari setiap line produksi dgn kualitas yg baik sesuai dengan quality guide dari QC Department
