Product Management Administrator

About the role

Join the team at Midea Electronics Indonesia as a Product Management Administrator. In this full-time, office-based role in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the product management team. This is a crucial role that will see you working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our product operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support to the product management team

2. Conducting market research and data analysis to support product development and marketing initiatives

3. Preparing and proofreading various business documents, such as reports, presentations, and proposals

4. Maintaining and updating product information in our internal systems

5. Assisting with the coordination of product launches and promotional activities

6. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

7. Supporting the team with any other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or product support role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines

4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

5. A keen eye for detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service

6. A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
