Indofood Packaging Management Trainee (MT– 2026)

About the program:

A program design towards developing young graduates in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Packaging Division. Through the education and training process, you will be equipped with various experiences in the field of manufacturing, especially in flexible packaging, which supports you to become a young professional.

General Requirements:

• Age max. 26 years old. (fresh graduateds welcome to apply)

• Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring : Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

• Have a GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00

• Able to work with team

• Good in English both oral and written

• Having good interpersonal skill and leadership skill

• Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Tangerang, dan Purwakarta
