Finance and Accounting

Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation and development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts

• Monitor budget performance and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial targets and company objectives

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management, including budget realization and variance analysis

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards, regulations, and internal policies

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that may impact financial performance

• Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned by senior management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory, from a reputable university.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance and accounting functions.

• Good business English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Demonstrates high integrity, discipline, and trustworthiness.

• Open to placement across the JABODETABEK area.
