Export Import Supervisor

About the role

As an Export Import Supervisor at yuni bersaudara sejahtera', you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's import and export operations. Based in Pekanbaru Riau, this full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and supervise the import and export activities of the company

2. Ensure all import and export documentation is complete and accurate

3. Liaise with customs authorities and shipping providers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods

4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to import and export operations

5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the company's international trade activities

6. Provide guidance and training to the import/export team to maintain high standards of performance

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies governing import and export

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an import/export or customs brokerage role

2. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures and documentation requirements

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues

5. Proficient in using relevant software and systems to manage import/export activities

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively

7. Relevant degree or professional certification in international trade or logistics
