Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance (PPh, PPN, withholding tax, annual tax returns) for plantation, and manufacturing entities.
Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax reports accurately and on time.
Handle tax audits, objections, appeals, and disputes, including coordination with tax authorities and external advisors.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency while remaining compliant with prevailing regulations.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on palm oil and manufacturing operations.
Provide tax advisory support to Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Ensure proper tax documentation, transfer pricing support, and internal tax controls.
Support management in tax-related risk assessment and decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields (Master’s degree or Brevet A & B / C is a strong advantage).
Minimum 8–12 years of solid experience in taxation, preferably in agribusiness, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, tax incentives, and industry-specific tax issues.
Proven experience in handling tax audits and disputes.
High analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capability.
Able to work independently and act as a tax subject matter expert.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
