Job Description
- Melakukan rekrut Agen/Mitra BFI untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat
- Membina dan membantu Agen/Mitra BFI untuk mengembangkan strategi agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui pengembangan jaringan agency.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan Head/Supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktifitas hariannya
