About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team at Al Jazeerah Signature' in Badung Bali. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions for our customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to upholding our company's high standards of professionalism.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving and processing customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods

• Maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and reconciling transactions at the end of each shift

• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as inventory management and reporting

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer-facing role

2. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

4. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

5. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) QUINOS systems and cash register operations

6. A commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and confidentiality
