Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree of Law
- Min. 3 years of working experience in corporate or law firms related to the property industry. Has experience in Real Estate, Hospitality and Retail Industries
- Proficient knowledge of laws and procedures related to company legality and licensing
- Proficient knowledge of legal strategies related to corporations which are not limited to: acquisitions, mergers, consolidations, etc
- Expert in understanding in terms of making agreements and negotiations
- Excellent in establish good interpersonal relationship and communication
- Excellent in collaborate in team
- Willing to be placed at ASG Tower – North Jakarta
