Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Informatics Engineering or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, preferably from IT Services or Internet Service Provider (ISP) industries.

  • Certifications are preferred:

    • Certifications aligned with the Company Product Portfolio (Professional/Expert level)

    • Customer Service Excellence certification or BNSP Customer Service certification

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor the Technical Account Manager team to ensure service quality and performance.

  • Manage communication and relationships with signature and priority customers.

  • Monitor escalated service delivery requests and issue resolution with related departments.

  • Analyze network and service performance and recommend improvements for recurring issues.

  • Coordinate technical documentation, SLA reporting, and regular service review meetings.

  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of team outputs.
