Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Informatics Engineering or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT operations, preferably from IT Services or Internet Service Provider (ISP) industries.
Certifications are preferred:
Certifications aligned with the Company Product Portfolio (Professional/Expert level)
Customer Service Excellence certification or BNSP Customer Service certification
Lead and monitor the Technical Account Manager team to ensure service quality and performance.
Manage communication and relationships with signature and priority customers.
Monitor escalated service delivery requests and issue resolution with related departments.
Analyze network and service performance and recommend improvements for recurring issues.
Coordinate technical documentation, SLA reporting, and regular service review meetings.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of team outputs.
