IT Managed Service Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Systems or Informatics Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Managed Services, preferably from IT Services or Internet Service Provider (ISP) industries.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.

• Strong leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.

• Certifications are a plus:

  • ITIL Managing Professional

  • COBIT Advanced Level Certification

  • Aruba Certified Mobility Professional

  • Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) Level 4

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Managed Services team, including people management and performance evaluation.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for Managed Services operations.

• Define and execute Managed Services strategies to meet service quality, timeline, and resource targets.

• Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement.

• Oversee issue resolution, risk management, and continuous service improvement.

• Prepare management reports, including gap analysis and service documentation.
