Finance & Accounting Staff - PT Sulotco Jaya Abadi (Kapal Api Group)

What you will do :

• Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial documents, and execute payments to internal and external parties in accordance with company procedures and approval policies.

• Record financial transactions, prepare journal and adjusting entries, and maintain the general ledger and trial balance in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Prepare & monitor AR and AP aging schedules to support effective cash flow management and timely settlement.

• Provide data for an audit needs, support financial reporting, and maintain systematic documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.

We are looking for you who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPN and Income Tax/PPh).

• Proven ability to prepare journal entries, P&L reports, and perform account reconciliations accurately.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to numerical accuracy

• Willing to be placed in Bolokan, Toraja.
