About the role
PT. RJGF International Indonesia is seeking a talented HR Recruitment Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
Screening and evaluating applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions
Coordinating the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, assessments and obtaining references
Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide hiring support
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and policies
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple recruitment initiatives
Proficiency in using recruitment and HR software tools
A collaborative team player with a passion for talent acquisition
Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
