Junior Lamination/Extrusion Operator

Job Role

Assist the 1st operator in the production tasks of the shift and maintenance of the equipment, and to achieve the goals of quality, efficiency, etc.

Job Descriptions

• Assist 1st operator to organize the shift to accomplish all production tasks and targets of Lamination process according to the production plan.

• Mainly responsible for the safe operation, quality control and productivity of defect inspection system (MES & ISRA).

• Follow the instructions of 1st machine operator and actively support to production and quality teams.

• Strictly follow up to operational standards.

• Commited with continuous improvement of production process operations.

• Responsible of data recording of lamination process and timely communication to relevant stakeholders.

• Responsible for implementation and follow-up of procedures, work instructions, one point lessons.

• Actively participation in the implementation of Company improvement system (LCI).

• Ensure fulfillment of : Safety, ISO9001, ISO14001, BrC, HACCP, ISO22000, GMP's, FDA, Halal, 5's, and any other company system, whitin printing process.

• Participate in any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor, on time with good quality and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferred from the Engineering major.

• Basic use of Microsoft office tools.

• Good english communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work under pressure Willing to rotate shifts Able to load/push heavy weight.

• Have good communication skills, able to work with teams and work units that intersect.

• Understand and implement the principles of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the work area.

• Demonstrate work responsibilities, be able to develop work plans and priorities as needed, and pay attention to details.

• Work placement: Cikande - Serang area.
