Job Description
Manage and fulfill requests for operational vehicles and ensure proper scheduling/arrangements.
Supervise and monitor vehicle maintenance.
Handle administrative tasks related to transportation and operational activities (reports, logs, documentation).
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education D3 from any major.
Knowledge of vehicle mechanics/engine systems will be prioritized.
Good communication skills, helpful, and service-oriented.
Fast response, initiative, organized and detail-oriented.
Strong leadership ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Able to drive vehicles.
